This global organisation is looking for a strong Support Desk Analyst. This fantastic opportunity requires a minimum of 5 years? experience in a second line IT support environment. This organisation is looking for highly skilled and experienced desktop support analyst with good telephone manner who would relish the challenges of both first and second line support on a rotational basis. The ideal candidate would be proficient with, Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP Pro, MS Office 2003 Professional, MS Outlook 2003, Plus Exposure to and an understanding of LAN and WAN technologies.
